Shipping Policy

We try to get our orders out as quickly as possible. Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping times vary, but generally for shipping within the United States expect 6-13 business days, less if you choose expedited shipping.

These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

We calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email and we’ll take a look.

Shipping Error Policies

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Customs fees

Depending on your order’s destination, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees will vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. We are not responsible for these customs fees.

Live shipping rates

Live rates are calculated by carriers in real-time and displayed during order checkout on our storefront. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
